DESCRIPTIONS
Every care is taken to ensure that descriptions, sizes, colours and images displayed are correct at the time they are put on the web site. However errors can occur and products can be changed by suppliers or manufacturers without prior notice. If this happens we will aim to rectify the information as soon as possible or inform you before dispatching your order.
PRICING
We make every effort to ensure prices on all products are correct. However errors do occasionally occur. If we become aware of an error after you have placed your order, we will correct the order and contact you so you can have the option to either cancel or amend your order.
ORDERING
An e-mail will be automatically generated to the e-mail address you supply when your order is placed
online. Should there be a problem with any part of your order you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. If you cannot find a product please contact us on

DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 5 working days. If products are out of stock we will inform you if this will delay your order.
Special order items can take considerably longer. EG. Shower doors, shutters, windows, chassis members etc.This is determined by the manufacturer but we will despatch items as soon as they arrive with us.
Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days.
Delivery charges are calculated online with your order.
PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro & JCB for payment online.
Prices include VAT at a rate of 17.5% unless stated.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
All returned items should be in the original packaging and as new condition within 7 days. All items should be securely packed as you remain responsible for the parcel until we receive it. We cannot refund for items damaged in transit. See return address below.
Please include a copy of your delivery note and the reason for return. If goods are faulty or damaged see Damaged/Faulty Goods.
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
Abyss Caravan Supplies take every effort to ensure goods reach you in perfect condition. However if you receive goods damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange an exchange within 30 days. See return address below.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You may return a product for any reason within 7 days of receiving it and we will gladly refund the cost of the product on receipt of the goods, providing they are in original condition and packaging. When returning unwanted goods the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us so please ensure parcels are well packed. You are required to pay any postage & packing costs of such returns and recommend you use registered post for your peace of mind. See return address below.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Any special order items cannot be returned once confirmation has been received. E.G. shower doors, windows, chassis members and any item not normally a stock item.
