Placing Orders for Services

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

The Products provided shall remain the property of the Company until paid for in full to the extent that such retention of title is valid under the relevant law.

The Purchaser shall at the request of the Supplier assist him in taking any measures necessary to protect the Supplier’s title to the Product.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Products availability

• Errors in the description or prices for Products

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (see Returns & Refund Policy).

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Products on the Service. The Products available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Products on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods (direct bank payment, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

All goods remain the property of CARAVAN GAS SERVICES LTD until payment is made in full.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The Goods were purchased from Us and received by You in the last 14 days
● The Goods are in the original packaging and in a resalable condition

The following Goods cannot be returned:

● The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
● The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
● The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
● The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returns Policy For Goods Sent Directly To You From Our Supplier

Where an item has been sent to You directly from our supplier, the following charges apply for returns.

The relevant collection charge stated below must be paid up front to Us before collection can be arranged.

Collection Charge

Small items (up to 10kg) - £10 (+ VAT)

Medium items (10kg - 25kg) - £15 (+ VAT)

Large items (25kg +) - £50 (+ VAT)

Terms & Conditions of Return - Goods Sent Directly From Our Supplier to You

• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date you received your purchase.

• Items must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.

• You must allow 7 days, from receipt of goods by our Supplier, for your return to be processed.

• We do not offer exchanges.

• Please use a recorded returns service where possible in the event of your parcel being lost in transit.

• Please ensure that any previous shipment labels are removed or covered.

• You will receive an authorised returns form with your returns number.

• Any unauthorised returns will be rejected by the warehouse or a 30% re-stocking fee will apply.

• Special Order items cannot be returned.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
